0165(2)(c) There were loose cords around the front desk that were long and capable of forming a loop. The radio wire in the school age classroom was also long and capable of forming a loop. The TV cords were also long enough to form a loop around a child's neck. 0165(2)(d) There were plastic gloves accessible to children in the school age classroom. There were plastic bags accessible to the children in the restrooms and in the cubbies. 0165(3)(c) The top half of the kitchen door was open but it was not secured. It posed a pinching hazard. 0165(3)(d) There is a storage bin in the school age classroom that poses an entrapment hazard.
